What's the story - why are you there?

I've read about Orkney (or The Orkneys?) in lots of travel books - the traditions.. Up Hally A (is that how it's spelt)... some brutal game like soccer that takes over the whole island... ancient stone age monoliths, etc.

But why are you still there?
