I think with a little more thought, it would be possible to tjem the food so it is more redolent of staugustines. I would suggest consideration of the following:
Special Freed (Mr) Rice
Mixed kidneys and liver (a sort of organ motif if you like)
(Barney) Booth Wellington
French Mannion Soup
or Cream of Tommoreto
. The it all could be washed down with creamy pints of (Mc) Guiness.
Come on Peter pull your finger out and ensure that every mouthful is a memory.
PS And no that's not another Jesset gag!
